Founder & Managing Partner
The Business Hood founder is a management and corporate development expert with over 10 years of experience. She has a MA in management consultancy and business development, graduating from the ANTREMAN programme of Ruskin University UK.
Adelina has vast experience both in the consultancy field but also as an entrepreneur, having developed an e-commerce business and an exquisite dance school.
As you might have guessed, she is very passionate about dancing but also has akeen eye for social media and graphic design while excelling in every aspect of business visual identity and branding.
Maria Ianus
Partner
Maria is an enthusiastic entrepreneur, having educational background in Pharmacy and Clinical Pharmacy, which she applied in two beauty & wellness natural brands with over 7 years of experience.
Besides her involvment in business, she has experience in private label and in the consultancy field, helping brands and companies to develop their own products, both cosmetics and dietary supplements. She is very passionate about product development, creating “purple cow” concepts and sustainability and relishes to inspire and be inspired by other determined visionaries, with a strong desire to improve the world.
Vasile Strat
Partner
Vasile is an associate professor of Statistics and Econometrics and the Vice Dean of the Bucharest Business School at the Academy of Economic Studies. He is an expert in Business Modelling, Business Development and Strategic Planning.
He has numerous published works in the fields of FDI attractiveness and regional development and he has also worked in teams of international experts who have provided support and advice to some of the most important institutions in the Romanian central administration (Ministry of Regional Development and Public Administration, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and Ministry of European Funds), under various European funding programs. He is a politics addict and is now studying Public Policies and Administration.
